Frequently Asked Questions
Where Do I Park?
There is a parking lot directly beside St. Hubert’s, and parking in the circular drive as well.
What Time Should I Be There?
Services are at 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. Sunday mornings. You will want to arrive at least 15 minutes before service time to allow for parking and entering the church. If you have children, add another few minutes for getting them settled in the Sunday School.
What Should I Know Beforehand?
St. Hubert’s uses the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) and the 1982 Hymnal at services. Both are supplied in the pews. Our bulletin will guide you through the service, along with friendly help from others, if needed. Our readings are from the Revised Common Lectionary.
What Should I Expect From The Service?
How Long Should I Expect The Service To Last?
Generally about 45 minutes. We hope you will stay and visit with us over coffee and treats.
What About My Children?
St. Hubert’s has a wonderful year-round Sunday School program for school age children and a well-supplied nursery for babies to pre-school ages during the 10:00 service. We employ a Nursery Nanny who is aided by volunteers. Our Sunday School is coordinated by our Ministries Coordinator with the help of many volunteers from the parish.
What Should We Wear?
St. Hubert’s is a somewhat casual church. Comfortable, well-maintained, clean clothing is acceptable.
